Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship is a program that involves classroom training in conjunction with on the job training. Millwrights 1163 offers a 4 year program, where the student attends classes at the training center for a minimum of 4 weeks at each level. While not in school, the apprentice has the opportunity to learn on the job, with a reduced salary of the journeyman rate, with the opportunity to receive periodic increases upon completion of each requirement.

If you are interested in starting a career in the millwright field, and meet the mandatory requirements to apply, please call the Training Center nearest to you for more information. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
